The language that I want to really use will not be acceptable by social media!

This all started after Sept. 2014, which was the time that I received my last copy of Handy mag. I have actually used a couple of the project designs. SO I AM ASKING? CAN ANYONE SAY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!! I have been having trouble gaining contact both by phone and web site that is on my life member gold card. They asked me master handyman for an additional charge, right now I am glad that I did not make that leap after what I have been through as well as everybody else. After 4 yrs. with no fulfillment on their contract,I am going to start displaying publicly the master handyman patch and then if they have a problem this subject;THEY CAN TRY TO SUE ME BECAUSE THAT WILL MY CALLING TO FILE COUNTER SUIT ONLY IT WILL BE A REAL CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!! I am only PISSED!!!!!!! because I have tried numerous ways to contact, including hand written letters and still NO RESPONSE!!!!!! Signed: Howard Brown Camden, maine e-mail ffhowarde.2@***.com

I was great when it started and for the first few years. Good magazine with good useful content. Then crickets - nothing. I paid for the life membership like many others. I guess life to them is like life in prison you get paroled in 5 years. By not honoring this or giving some type of refund for non-continuation of service they violated the covenant they had established with those that purchased the life membership. Not sure why I have to type one hundred words here but I can waste vocabulary if needed. word word word word word word word word word word word word word word

Handyman Club of America Lifetime Membership It's a shame that they went back on there word for so many members. I have a lift time member ship and hav'nt recived anything in years. It sad we need to hav 100 words so I'll say I did enjoy the mag. and allways welling to give fied back and even used some of the things they sent me, so I was disapponted when I no longer recived the mag. What else can I say but we got riped of and I would like a refund or they can send all the back issues and make the life time member ship a LIFE TIME MEMBER SHIP

Lifetime membership

I am a lifetime member, but haven't been receiving my magazines. I bought this membership so my husband could use them when he retired. Well, he is retired now and wishes to use the books and would like more projects to review and do. My husband and I have always enjoyed reading your magazine and loved the projects is had in every issue. Your book is laid out very well, with concise pictures and very good directions. The pictures are sharp and easy to look at. I really miss not getting this magazine every month. Would you please tell me what the problem is.? My membership number is 3013****

Lifetime member not receiving anything for several years

I signed up for a lifetime membership many years ago and that was the last time I heard from them They are a CROOKED COMPANY THIEVES STEALING PEOPLES MONEY AND HIDING I read that another company bought them out in Jan of 2017 but I still have not heard anything for several years And the tools I bought from them were junk, the router fell apart in my hands the first time I tried to use it, the drill bits also broke the first time I tried to use them too. This company needs to refund everyone's money that paid for a lifetime membership and also refund the money for the junk tools

Looks like there should be a class action lawsuit members could bring ? is there a attorney willing to bring one out there some where? Are we just another bunch of suckers left to our own solutions.

I just checked again and yes I am still alive so think that means my lifetime is not up; My wife was not happy when I got this but that has been around I think before 2005 She got over it..... till now I don't want to have to fight again for this..... I paid,,, I stayed alive all this time Anybody able to give me a working number.... Randy Thomas Huntland TN.

If u fought over the lifetime subscription ur wife probably has killed you by now which would eliminate one unsatisfied customer. How many more are left....at least one.

Not receiveing magazine and can't find website

not much more to say except I am or was a LIFE MEMBER I feel like I have been taken to the cleaners. What has happened to Handy man Club of America? The magazine always had some kind of interesting articales that was of use to me . I just want to know why they stopped sending the magazine? I don't know what else I can say. I don't write books I am just a countryboy that is 76 years old. I am just looking to get the magazine back are some kind of restitution for my money that I paid toward the magazine. We the members should have gotten some kind of notice as to what has happened. tedsemones@***.com

Great idea in theory --- moms lifetime subscription

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
my mom bought a life time membership and finally paid it off 5 years ago. my moms an excellent handyman. she has been a great inspiration for me. i ended up completing trade school and am now a heavy equipment mechanic. i asked my mom about the club she said she hadn't heard from them in years. i know every one is upset and wants a refund but i just want that type of service back. of course i would like to know did the business go down over lack of forethought or was it a cash out. that answer would definitely change my attitude about things. i mean honestly if they went down out of loss funds how to you expect to be paid. i think if that is the case they should partner up and re do their company in a way that makes sense and money which now days theres a billion ways i see them making it work. I DONT WANNA SAMPLE MAKE-UP I WANT TOOLS. you can get samples of just about everything out there but tools. i get why. if you have the tool why would you purchase one which is why testing should have been limited and in cycles of people. Also it would be smart to have more hardware/chemical tests like new shrink wrap or new bit. but anyways i think the idea could work and its sad that it didnt. i would of loved to test new things in the handy areas of life.

Why do we not mount a class-action lawsuit?

My experience is the same as others and documented under "Pissed Customer"
